DOT Regulations is NOT your ordinary compliance company. In fact, we aren't a company at all. DOT Regulations is actually made up of many Independent Compliance Agents who have come together to assist and guide USDOT# applicants and Motor Carriers in meeting their obligatory compliance requirements, while also eliminating the engrossed and exaggerated fee's, fraud, misinformation, and intimidation tactics normally associated with compliance companies.

DOT Drug and Alcohol Consortium
Get Tested, Get Driving
FMCSA CFR 49 Parts 40 & 382 require commercial motor vehicle (CMV) operators requiring a commercial driver's license (CDL) to be enrolled in a DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing consortium. This covers your pre employment drug test as well as manages your random drug testing by placing you in their drug testing pool. A consortium will also delegate and maintain your responsibility to comply with all applicable requirements and procedures of 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 382.
